Welcome to Hourglass Yoga! We offer private one-on-one and small group sessions tailored to fit each individual's needs. Whether you're a beginner or have years of experience, we work to empower you in your personal practice.
Individual sessions are great for anyone looking to deepen their understanding of a full yoga practice. Private small group sessions are a special way to get together with friends or family.
Private sessions are currently available for booking at the client's location in the Minneapolis-St Paul metro area. Private session pricing includes teacher travel up to 20 miles from downtown Saint Paul. Teacher travel over 20 miles from downtown Saint Paul is available for a fee. Online (Zoom) private sessions will be available Fall 2024.
